Call for abstracts! (deadline 15 March 2023)

For years, there has been a growing awareness of the fact that the design of the built environment has an influence on the well-being of the users. But how exactly are the needs of the relevant stakeholders identified and how are they incorporated into the design? How are they monitored during the construction phase and how is their implementation in the space / building ensured?

A team from the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, would like to investigate these questions and is looking for contributions for a publication on needs orientation in interior architecture. Contributions can come from (design) practice as well as science and research. They should deal with methods or concrete examples of application, success factors and challenges.
